According to Davit Karamyan, co-founder and deputy director of "AM-Eska" company, liquid fuel is very similar to oil in terms of its parameters.

Production goes through several stages. First, the tires are cut and then loaded for processing. Armen Gharibyan works with three other workers in the cutting process. About 4 tons of tires are cut per day.

Shredded tires are loaded into a rotating reactor, which is heated by burning natural gas or diesel fuel. Oil product vapors are released, which are stored after processing. The techniques needed for recycling were introduced by studying outside experience. According to Davit Karamyan's presentation, tires undergo pyrolysis in a rotating reactor with leading technologies without interaction with air, and the process is carried out at a temperature of 360-370°С

They are trying to do the loading as much as possible. 4-5 people work during loading. The productivity of the flow lines is 5 tons in the case of recycling tires, 4 tons in the case of recycling used oils or pyrolytic liquid. The production process takes 15-18 hours. This entire process is monitored by the workshop operator Valter Vardanyan. "I monitor the gas pressure, temperature, combustion system so that no problems arise. I get the raw materials from which diesel fuel is already produced. In my work, the most important thing is to follow the pressure so that there are no accidents. Vigilance is needed here."

As for the impact on the environment, according to the company's representatives, it has been reduced to zero. because the exhaust gases are filtered by water and ceramic, only steam is emitted.

"During pyrolysis, gas is produced, which is cooled in the water basin and oil is produced. After that, diesel fuel is already produced in the second flow line. With the help of pushers, we move it to the 13-ton yard outside and store it," says Davit Karamyan.

The company produces diesel fuel of various parameters, which are tested in its own laboratory.
